Refund Policy
Last updated October 1, 2026This Refund Policy governs paid subscriptions to DebtDraft's Pro plan. DebtDraft also offers a free plan with no payment required.
1. General Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. When you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that. This section is the default; the exceptions below are real, not fine print.
2. Billing and Cancellation
Before you're ever charged, we'll clearly disclose the price, billing frequency, and what your subscription includes. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, in the same place you subscribed, with no phone call or support ticket required.
3. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
We'll issue a refund, in whole or in part, in these cases:
- Billing errors. A duplicate charge, a wrong amount, or a charge after you'd already cancelled is always fixed and refunded.
- Legal requirements. If a law that applies to you gives you a refund or withdrawal right we can't override, we honor it.
- Discretionary refunds. We may issue a refund outside these cases at our discretion. Our payment processor, acting as merchant of record, may also independently issue a refund on a purchase to prevent a chargeback, whether or not we agree to it.
4. Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, contact us first at support@debtdraft.dev before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can usually resolve it faster directly, and a chargeback can result in your account being suspended while it's investigated.
5. Free Trials
If we offer a free trial in the future, its length and what happens when it ends will be disclosed when you sign up for it.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our billing changes. We'll update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes, we'll provide a more prominent notice.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan.
